HAARP VLF Injection Experiment March of 2002

The Spectras that follow were recorded during the HAARP VLF Injection Experiment. Though I did not observe any HAARP related signatures at VLF frequencies I did record plenty of ULF activity that corresponds to HAARPS time schedule for Vertical D-Region Diagnostics and Vertical Inan Injection # 1 and # 2.

Keep in mind what you will see are the first two Schumann Resonances and how they are affected by HAARPS VLF Insertion experiment.

The equipment used to make the following observations were the Induction Coil, " Magnetometer " and 11 stage Preamplifier / Signal Conditioner. Software program:  Spectrogram using the settings displayed below. The second Schumann Resonance usually will not record well as the roll off of the signal conditioner a " 12 pole lowpass filter " begins at approximately 12 Hz. with a final knee frequency of 18 Hz.

All equipment was calibrated and tested for proper operation prior to making all observations. " Before and After "  HAARP Injection tests. The only variable with the spectras below is the time of recording for each one is approximate within a few minutes.

Spectrogram Settings.

The Spectra below indicates HAARP transmission time and frequency for March 17 th.

First observation recorded on March 17 th. at 0322 UTC. A very strong first resonance is displayed at 7.83 Hz. along with faint signals at 2.5 Hz. and 12.5 Hz. The first resonance exhibits unusual periodic bursts in intensity.

Second observation recorded on March 17 th. at 0331 UTC. A normal first resonance is displayed along with a signal at 2.5 Hz. and faint second resonance at 14 Hz.

Third observation recorded on March 17 th. at 0336 UTC. The first resonance increases dramatically in intensity as if influenced by large pulsations.

Fourth observation recorded on March 17 th. at 0351 UTC. More intense pulsations or influences affect the first resonance. The second resonance at 14 Hz. appears to be unaffected.

Fifth observation recorded on March 17 th. at 0401 UTC. The first resonance continues to be affected by what appears to begin with a strong pulse reducing or changing in strength over a 60 second time interval. This " Tapered Appearence " can be seen in the Spectra below several times.

Sixth observation recorded on March 17 th. at 0435 UTC. Experiment appears to be winding down as the first resonance returns to normal. Note all the multiple faint signals returning temporarily as we will see next.

Further analysis of the above Spectra in Line Plot mode revealed the existence of one of the signals at 12.5 Hz. The diagnostic schedule for HAARP refers to 12.5 Hz. Both the first and second Schumann resonance are displayed along with the 12.5 Hz. signal.

Seventh observation recorded on March 17 th. at 0445 UTC.  Schumann Resonance at 7.83 Hz. and 14 Hz. has returned to normal. Nothing out of the ordinary is displayed. If you go to the HAARP transmission time and frequency spectra at the top of this page and below the settings screen for Spectrogram you will see the approximate time this spectra was observed corresponds to HAARP changing frequency to 5.8 Mhz.
